We are specially equipped with Automatic Spinal Decompression Flexion Table & DFM gravity inversion table in our facility for better patients' outcome. It has high efficacy for a patient who is suffering from degenerative conditions such as herniated/bulging disc, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, postural scoliosis and so on. This will help to ease the chronic pain initiating from pinching of the small nerves by increasing a mobility within the spine and creating more spaces between the bony structures. Learn more... What you can expect

Phase 1: Relief Care
If you are in pain when you come into our office, the first objective is to help you feel better. Depending on your age, condition, lifestyle and the severity of your problem, it is typical to need care 2-3 times per week for 4-12 weeks in order to eliminate or reduce your symptoms. Many times the frequent visits will be combined with other procedures to help offer relief. Pain is often the first symptom to disappear, even though much of the underlying condition remains.

Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care
During the corrective care phase, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, thereby helping prevent injury. It is typical to need care 4-8 times per month for 2 - 4 months, depending on your overall health and the severity of your problem. You will be encouraged to supplement your care with exercises or other self-care procedures. It is important to not become discouraged if you have mild flare-ups in your symptoms on occasion as this is normal during this phase of treatment because your body has not fully healed. Stopping care at this time may risk a relapse.

Phase 3: Wellness Care
Once your body has fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments to avoid problems in the future. Usually, this only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor 1-4 times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals. Like other preventative measures, elective or wellness care can save time and money by helping you stay well.
